Privacy Policy
- All guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted identification includes Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted. Guests with Local IDs are welcome.
- Hiewa Stays welcomes guests of all ages.
- Advance taken at the time of reservations is strictly non-refundable.
- Prepayment is mandatory at the property during Check-In.
- Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms. Meetings with non-resident guests can take place in common areas.
- In case of 3 or 4 people traveling together, we do not guarantee accommodation in the same room.
- Outside pets are not allowed to commn area.
- Breakfast is not inclusive of the room rate and is charged separately at the property.
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate, the property reserves the right, after investigation, to take action.
- Right to admission is reserved.
- Certain policies are booking specific and are notified at the time of booking.

Booking Extension Policy
- Extension of the stay is provided based on current room rates and subject to availability.
- Current room rates may differ from the rates at which the rooms were initially booked.
Cancellation Policy:
- The advance taken at the time of reservation is always non-refundable.
- Pre-payment of the balance amount is necessary at the time of check-in.

Group Policy:
- Hiewa Stays welcomes groups of all sizes.
- In case of a group of 4 or more, you may be allotted different rooms.
- The property manager reserves the right to take action if group behavior is deemed unfit.
- Unauthorized or deceptive group bookings may be cancelled or denied.
- Hiewa Stays reserves the right to admission.

Check-in and Check-out Policy:
- Standard Check-In time is 12 noon.
- Standard Check-Out time is 10 AM.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and discretion of the property.
- Guests are welcome to use common areas during early check-in or late check-out.
